label, has become One Of The Few Major International Recording Stars to offer

businessman EDDY GRANT, Ice

There have been, or indeed are, very few
artists that have managed to achieve as much as EDDY GRANT has done
musically or in business, and still be the controller of his own destiny. In 1974 he set up his own record label Ice
Records. Now totally in control of his own production and distribution, EDDY
became one of the few artists with the creative freedom to experiment with his

EDDY
GRANT has released over
two dozen albums. He has had numerous
hit singles including Living On The Front Line, Do
You Feel My Love" 'I Don't Wanna Dance,
Romancing The Stone, Gimme Hope Jo'anna, and the blockbuster, Electric
Avenue.
In 2005, EDDY GRANT completed a new studio album entitled "REPARATION". The album which has been available through ICERECORDS.COM and EDDYGRANT.COM will be released and distributed to
brick-and-mortar record shops worldwide this February.
EDDY GRANT was born in the village of Plaisance in
Guyana. In February 2005, the Government and People of Guyana, through the
Guyana Post Office Corporation, issued a series of stamps to honor their most
famous son, EDDY GRANT, in
recognition of his contribution as an "Ambassador for Guyana"
and his worldwide success in the entertainment business for forty years. Fifty percent (50%) of all proceeds received
by EDDY from the sale of the four stamps depicting this music legend and
entertainment industry entrepreneur go to EDDY's Ringbang Foundation
to enable it to make a valuable and long lasting contribution to the rehabilitation
