Kudos to Congolese-Canadian gospel artist Jean Pierre
Walelo who, along with several talented guest
performers, offered an inspred and entertaining
performance at the NAC's Fourth Stage on Friday, May
5. Look out for a special segment on JP on the next
edition of Fontonfrom (Rogers Television, cable 22) at
the end of this month.

Congratulations also to the Somali community leaders
and young people who organized the very well-attended
Third Annual Somali Youth Conference at Ridgemont High
School on Saturday, May 6. Keep up your efforts to
motivate and inspire our young Somali brothers and
sisters to be their very best selves!
