A Presentation of rAiz�n summer aRts program

raw materials is the showcase presentation of the rAiz�n summer aRts program, which runs from August 1 to August 21, 2007. This finale performance showcases the newly developed work of the participants of the program.

The rAiz�n summer aRts program participants are young people aged between 14 and 19, working alongside some of b current’s ensemble members. Over the three weeks they are engaged in daily workshops and theatre training sessions
 which are facilitated by these and other professional guest artists: Kobena Aquaa-Harrison, Djennie Laguere, Antonio Cayonne, Lisa Codrington, David Collins, Emerita Emerencia, Christopher Pinhero, Alison Sealy-Smith, , Nation Cheong, and Kwanaza Misingwana,
 and programmed by ahdri zhina mandiela, b current’s Artistic Director.

The raw materials is a fantastic opportunity to see some of our local young talents and their fresh work. Admission is free.
